7/2005 to Present: President and CEO, X-Stream LEAN, LLC Principal Owner and Executive Consultant responsible for providing services to multiple clients and organizations. Clients include Government, Supply Chain Management, and Information Technology, Healthcare, and Financial Institutions. We provide Business Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma Training, Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and Organizational Development services. 8/2000 to 2/2000: Chief Operating Officer, Acting, Lockheed Martin Retech Services, Inc., Ukiah, CA Designing and manufacturing plasma arc furnaces for nuclear waste material remediation and titanium/exotic metals vacuum arc re-melter processing with Sales of $30+ Million per year. Provided key managerial and financial oversight into areas directly affected by the sale and transition of this business.
9/95 to 8/2000: Program Manager, Pacific Alaskan Range Complex, Eielson AFB, AK P&L for Pacific Alaskan Range Complex (PARC) and COPE THUNDER/Northern Edge Operations ~100 employees; $7.5 million in annual sales; O&M of multiple radar threat systems; Advanced ACMI training, and O&M of Combat Command and Control Training Center. Contracting Warrant to negotiate and obligate Corporation for contracts up to $3 Million in value. Negotiated three Union Collective Bargaining Agreements Manage, direct, and oversee Federal Aviation Administration Part 135 (Commercial Operations), Part 133 (Sling Operations), and PART 91 (Military Flight Operations) for Sikorsky 9-Passenger Helicopter to include: O&M of aircraft, logistics support, and personnel (pilot and mechanics)
