This class provides training and real-world examples of how to conduct highly effective negotiating strategies that create a win-win outcome for both parties.  The most effective and long lasting agreements are structured so that both parties feel that they “won” and that they achieved their key objectives.  We work with your Leaders to teach them how to develop effective research to provide reliable data before the first negotiating exchange takes place.  We show you how to develop a strategy for how you play your “chips” (items or goals you are willing to negotiate away in exchange for items or goals that are more important to you and your team).  We show you how to analyze the situation from the other side of the table to predict what they really want and what they may be willing to exchange in order to obtain it. We teach you methods and techniques you can use to calm the situation when tensions and stress raise the possibility of failure.   We work with your Leaders to teach them how to create the environment for success in almost any negotiation (with an honest partner).
