J.R. McGee - Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer

J.R.’s wealth of experience includes 30+ years in services as an Aerospace Executive, Senior Program Manager, Engineer, and Systems Analyst. As internal and external principal consultant/subject matter expert for business management with the world’s largest aerospace firm, he directly impacted every functional aspect of operations. A certified Master Black Belt in LEAN Six Sigma, J.R. has been developing high performance organizations on a professional and personal level for his entire career. He’s been a program manager at “top gun” ranges worldwide, specializing in the training and development of high performance work teams with a specific focus on fighter pilots and special forces, as well as providing field engineering and operational support to intelligence and counter-terrorism operations.

J.R. has collaborated with software development groups and corporate IT/IM divisions for services, healthcare, and chemical manufacturing firms. He’s a dynamic speaker who has delivered key note addresses for audiences ranging from 50 to well over 1000. J.R. holds a degree in Electronic Technology from Troy State University (European Div) and a degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland. He has also completed the Strategic Studies Program at Carnegie Mellon Business Institute, as well as the Strategic Leadership Program at the Goizueta Business School, Emory University.

Today, J.R. is a professional faculty instructor at Drexel University, and he sits on the Executive Board for Drexel’s Nano-Technology Manufacturing Council. He is passionately committed to improving business strategy execution and developing world-class organizations of every description. J.R. also provides Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Business Process Improvement sessions for management teams worldwide. He and his wife have lived in 14 states and 4 countries, and he’s done business in 34 other countries to date.

Alma J. McGee - Executive Partner & Chief Operating Officer

Alma McGee has had extensive experience in executive office administration and customer service support. She was involved in the insurance industry from 1992 to 2000, earning a Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 1998. Alma worked for companies such as MetLife and Standard Insurance Company and was also a broker for a private insurance firm in Fairbanks, Alaska. X-Stream Leadership Group, since 2005.

Sandra K. Miller - Executive Partner and President

As President for X-Stream Leadership Group Sandy Miller works with diverse Customers to develop and deliver Leadership, Green Belt and Black Belt training specific to their industry, coaching, mentoring and team building organizations as well as facilitating process improvement events for multi-lingual, cross functional teams from a variety of government, healthcare and industry organizations. Sandy is certified for the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Instrument as well as an instructor for Wilderness Advanced Life Support with 19 years experience in experiential education.

Sandy has been at the forefront of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology in government and industry since the late 1990s. She is a Master Black Belt (MBB) Sensei – meaning, as a Master Black Belt, she is capable of training, mentoring and certifying all Lean Six Sigma levels including Master Black Belts. Sandy Miller has been responsible for developing some of the key methodologies for implementing Lean Six Sigma in many different government organizations as well as healthcare, manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments.

X-Stream Leadership Group, Sandy spent over 25 years in the Aerospace and Defense industry in all areas of Operations and Production Control, from supervision, ordering parts, to Program scheduling.

Mervin L. Doucet - SME Marketing & Business Management

More than 11 years of process improvement experience as a Quality Assurance and Lean Six Sigma subject matter expert and
practitioner in a Services environment.

More than 6 years of experience as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt using lean and six sigma tools to increase productivity and quality while reducing operating costs.

More than 5 years of project management experience in supporting the creation of a new government agency, Transportation Security Administration, while aiding this agency in meeting congressionally mandated dates and goals. Led business improvement efforts that resulted in more than $60 million in cost savings and avoidances.

Seven consecutive Gold Medals from DoD Defense Logistics Agency for 100% on-time delivery and zero customer rejects, while reducing internal costs via lean production best practices and Theory of Constraints principles to improve throughput and reduce scrap. Developed management system for commercial temperature sensor manufacturer that was certified for the US (API), European Union (CE) and Canada (CRN). I upgraded Welding, Brazing, Inspection, Non-Destructive Testing and
in-house Instrument Calibration Laboratory procedures to meet highest industry standards.

Gerald (Gerry) L. Boisvert - Master Black Belt Trainer

Gerry Boisvert has over 40 years experience in industry, including 26 years in aerospace and 15 years with commercial companies, and has held positions within Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, central functions, and launch vehicle and classified satellite programs. He received Black Belt training in 2000, completed his Black Belt certification in 2001 and achieved Master Black Belt certification in February of 2006. He has been a Certified Manufacturing Engineer through the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and a Certified Quality Engineer through the American Society for Quality.

As a Certified MBB, Gerry has achieved a 52% business process improvement on average and has facilitated Value Stream Mapping events, Product Development Kaizens, Pre-proposal Kaizens, Root Cause Analysis events, and projects at both the local and enterprise level, including several joint events with the Air Force as a Certified AFSO21 Level II Facilitator. Gerry has been responsible for enterprise level Lean Six Sigma (LSS) event preparation and execution, training, coaching, mentoring, and certifications. He has initiated LSS for several aerospace programs, including development of LSS infrastructure and Program Excellence plans. He has been a LSS Lead Instructor for both Green Belt and Black Belt, and has taught several Green Belt and Black Belt classes across the US.

As a Principal Engineer, Gerry has preformed proposal preparation, producibility analysis, engineering change release systems, configuration management, Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) application and assessment, and has taken aerospace and commercial products through the entire development life cycle, beginning at concept development and ending with production launch and support.

Gerry earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire while completing the General Electric Engineering and Manufacturing Academic Program, and is completing a MS in Management from Regis University.
